Return/Refund policy

We want you to love your DINVEX™ purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received. To start a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Items returned without approval will not be accepted. Please note that worn, damaged, or used products are not eligible for return.
